Key Responsibilities
• Aware of formulated Individual Resilience Plan (IRP)
• Educate client about goals, objectives and action strategies and interventions
• Ensure documentation meets requirements of APS Healthcare, Medicaid and other CMO audits
We are looking for people who are committed to our agency principles and core values and those who will embrace our trauma-responsive culture. In addition to seeing clients according to assigned and approved units of service, you will be trained to respond appropriately to crisis situations using Emergency Safety Interventions including the use of de-escalating techniques.
Qualifications
• High School/GED
• Valid GA Driver’s License
• Favorable Background Results and References Check
• Bachelor’s degree with a major in the field of human services, related experience preferred
