Responsibilities include conducting biopsychosocial and diagnostic assessments; developing and implementing individualized treatment plans; providing individual, group, and family therapy; maintaining timely and compliant clinical documentation; coordinating care with families, collaterals, and agency partners; meeting weekly productivity requirements; participating in a rotating on‑call crisis schedule; and attending clinical meetings and trainings. Services must comply with all state, federal, and payer requirements and align with trauma‑informed and Sanctuary principles.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field; Georgia clinical licensure preferred (license‑eligible considered); minimum two years of clinical experience; strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills; and ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment. Some evening/weekend hours required.
