1. Provides individual, family, and group counseling as directed to children and caregivers, and work a flexible schedule that includes evenings 2. Keeps clinically professional documentation maintaining confidentiality of all clients, and maintain HIPAA (1996) compliance standards 3. Assesses, diagnoses, and builds a treatment plan for home in care that is receiving counseling services 4. Participates in case consultations with clinical team, case managers, foster parents, and collaborating professionals as determined 5. Provides intensive session(s) when needed for WinShape Homes children across the program 6. Attends clinical treatment team meetings, WinShape Foundation, and WinShape Homes events, trainings, and retreats as assigned 7. Maintains continuing education state requirements for professional licensure 8. Performs other duties as assigned by the Clinical Director

Requirements: Spiritual: 1. A self-professing Christ follower, actively involved in a Christian faith community and actively pursuing Christ on a consistent basis 2. Committed to discipleship, prayer, and Bible study 3. Servant leadership as modeled by Jesus Christ 4. Accept WinShape Foundation statement of faith Education: 1. Holds a Master’s Degree, LPC, Ph.D., or Psych.D. from a regionally accredited college or university 2. Currently licensed for professional counseling or professional clinical mental health 3. Body of clinical knowledge and skills related to the responsibilities of the position, especially in the field of foster care, trauma, and attachment 4. Valid driver’s license and is insurable Professional: 1. Minimum 4 years as a licensed counselor (including Masters internship) 2. Minimum 2 years’ experience working clinically within child welfare indutstry 3. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in teambuilding and teamwork 4. Must be willing to travel in a WinShape Foundation vehicle to help children in crisis, attend workshops, seminars, and meetings 5. Experience in individual, family, and group counseling with a wide range of clients, including children Preferred: 1. Fully licensed to counsel professionally in GA 2. Trauma certification 3. Play therapy certification 4. Master’s degree from a CACREP accredited university
