About the Job

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Membership Administrator to join our team in a part-time, contract role. The Membership Administrator will play a key role in managing membership operations, communications, and supporting the growth of our membership base.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: • Membership Management: Oversee membership communications, maintain contact and distribution lists, and ensure the accuracy of dues and invoices. Manage timely payments and follow-ups. • Website and Communications: Update and maintain membership-related web pages, including maps/listings, job postings, board information, event details, and success stories. Manage communication with the TG Board, including scheduling calendar invites and distributing meeting minutes. • Meeting Coordination: Organize and manage the cadence of membership meetings, including all-member meetings, chapter meetings, and New Provider Orientations. Provide administrative support such as taking minutes and managing follow-up tasks. • Administrative Support: Provide general clerical and administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of membership functions. Assist with events and perform minimal travel within the state of Georgia as required. • Membership Growth: Contribute to strategies and activities aimed at growing our membership base and increasing engagement.

Qualifications & Skills

Qualifications: • Technical Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Zoom, Constant Contact, and QuickBooks. Comfortable with web content management systems and various office technology. • Communication and Organizational Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or membership management role.
