QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, education, criminal justice, public administration, or related field. Equivalent experience considered
• Two or more years in program coordination within schools, law enforcement, child welfare, or community health
• Experience with Handle With Care or similar notification models, preferred.
• Knowledge of Bartow County schools and public safety landscape, preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish, preferred.
• Proven experience managing cross agency initiatives and training(s)
• Proficiency in trauma informed care and practical application in school and community settings
• Strong data, documentation, and reporting skills
• Systems thinker with strong follow through
• Excellent communication with diverse partners
• Meeting facilitation and training delivery
• Judgment under pressure and sound confidentiality practices
• Basic data management in Excel or Google Sheets. CRM or case tracking experience a plus
• Clear background check and valid driver’s license

o Hybrid work site to include office, schools, and field meetings within Bartow County
o Occasional early morning or evening partner sessions
