Murphy-Harpst’s mission is to help youth and their families to meet their potential in a safe and respectful manner. We believe that each person with autism has a unique set of skills and strengths. It is up to the Autism Program Manager and his or her team to identify these strengths, develops them and put them to good use in order to create a greater quality of life. The Autism program gives the opportunity for the program manager to lead a team in the creation and development of a new program at Murphy-Harpst. The Autism Program Manager will serve as part of Murphy-Harpst’s (MH) Senior Management Team, working directly for the Vice-President of Strategic Initiatives, while the program is being developed. The Autism Program Manager is responsible for helping Murphy-Harpst Children’s Centers strengthen and expand its programs and services throughout the State of Georgia.

Responsibilities
The Autism Program Manager oversees and ensures quality services are provided to individuals and their families by implementing State-of-the-Art Programming, Service Agreements, Treatment Plans, Behavioral Interventions, Medical Regimens, and Fiscal Accountability.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree Required; Masters Preferred
Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) Certification Highly Preferred
Two to three years of related experience in the Human Services Industry working with youth on the spectrum and/or developmentally delayed
Ability to pass a background check, and to obtain a fingerprint clearance card.
