Childkind is seeking a Case Manager for its Treatment Foster Care program. Duties include but are not limited to foster parent support and supervision; case management for children who have medical/developmental disabilities or have maladaptive behaviors; conducting home visits; case planning; permanency planning; attending panel reviews and court hearings; and participation with foster parent trainings and events. This is an ideal position for someone who is passionate about team-based work for children and families with significant special needs.

Requirements:
A BSW degree from an accredited social work program with 2 years’ relevant experience. A master’s degree from an accredited social work program with a minimum of two years of related experience in child welfare preferred. An LMSW in the state of Georgia preferred.
Knowledge of child welfare issues and experience among children who have behavioral challenges, special health care needs, or developmental disabilities preferred. Spanish language skills a plus.
A valid Georgia Driver’s License and an insured personal vehicle.
