Provide support and advocacy for foster families and the children in their care by being a liaison between the family and the State in all areas of the system.
Foster Care Case Manager – BSW or MSW (2+ years required)
Childkind is seeking a full-time Family Service Coordinator for its Treatment Foster Care program. Duties include but are not limited to foster parent support and supervision; case management for children who have medical/developmental disabilities or have maladaptive behaviors; conducting home visits; case planning; permanency planning; attending panel reviews and court hearings; and participation with foster parent trainings and events. This is an ideal position for someone who is passionate about team-based work for children and families with significant special needs.

SUMMARY: Provide advocacy and support services to child abuse victims and their support people at the Children’s Advocacy Center. Provide Spanish-speaking services for client victims and their families served at the Children’s Advocacy Center.
