The primary responsibilities of the Director of Foster Care are to coordinate and supervise the Foster Care Ministry and its espective staff and Foster Parents in the region, in order to fulfill the Agency Mission.Master’s Degree in Social Work or a comparable human service field and three years of experience working with children and families in family foster care or kinship care. Experience in supervising and budgeting is strongly desired. IMPACT Trainer and trained in RBWO Foundations.

Conduct periodic inspections of foster homes, client records and policies and procedures which relate to the Foster Care programming. Implement recruitment and retention strategies, licensing and re-licensing processes and coordinate foster home placements. Ensure Ministries compliance with all GBCH&FM, COA, OPM and Licensing standards.
