Demonstrates Christian compassion for children and families in need, who has proven effectiveness in the service of others and in administrative leadership.Must have an undergraduate Bachelor’s degree plus a Master’s Degree from an accredited school in a related area of responsibility with a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience.

Work with churches, referral agencies and service organizations to identify and meet the needs of the changing society in the area of family ministries. Responsibilities of both short and long range goals including improvements of programs, financial development, staff recruitment, training, physical facilities and the planning of additional ministries. Monitor revenue and expenses and operate division within budget guidelines.
