Goshen Valley Boys Ranch, a division of Goshen Valley Foundation, is looking for a Home Life Assistant to work at our 160-acre campus located in the northern part of Cherokee County which is home to about 40 young men in foster care.

The Home Life Assistant plays a vital supporting role in the daily operation of the home for youth in foster care. In this position, you will offer afternoon/evening support when the homes are busiest. This role is ideal for someone who feels called to serve both houseparents and youth in foster care, recognizing that supporting the day-to-day activities is an essential part of building a healthy, healing home environment.

Director of Programs is responsible for planning and directing all programs within a division according to the mission statement, policies and other guidelines provided by the agency. The Director of Programs should be committed to Sanctuary practice utilizing tools that reinforce our shared language to create a trauma-responsive culture.

Director of Clinical Services

Provide oversight and quality assurance for all clinical services, including record keeping and direct services, in full compliance with state and federal laws, as well as state regulatory agencies.
Provide professional supervision to professional counselors (LPC, LAPC, LSCW, LMSW, LFMT, etc)
Maintain appropriate level of billable services while also maintaining a high level of quality care.
Develop, plan and implement strategies to manage program growth and sustainability.
Oversee the development and implementation of individual treatment plans and participate in the monthly treatment reviews of their progress.
Participate in various committees, such as quality assurance, medical review, and senior management.
Review proposed admission and discharge recommendations for residential clients.
Provide training to direct care employees responsible for the care and oversight of youth in residential treatment.

Additionally, Houseparents develop a relationship with each child’s family and support them as they work toward both individual and family goals.
