Goshen Valley is seeking a Program Manager for Goshen Homes.
A Master’s degree in an area of behavioral or social sciences, social work, psychology or counseling with two years of experience in human service delivery with 1 year of managerial or supervisory experience. In lieu of a Masters, a Bachelor’s degree in an area of behavioral or social sciences, social work, psychology, or counseling with four years of experience in human service delivery and two years in experience in management and supervision. Must hold a certificate in IMPACT & SAFE.
Program Management and Overall Systems Development: Monitoring and support all dynamics of the day to day operations in collaboration with the Executive Director and other supervisors.
Will attend CPA regional meetings, state meetings, Together Georgia meetings to ensure we stay on top of changes in policy and standards.
Attend CIRT Meetings and ensure compliance with all risk management activities. Monitor On-Call Procedures and incidents.
Contribute to all PQI data entry and strategic planning.
Contribute to monthly newsletter.
Will execute MOU’s with foster parents and follow up on promissory notes.
Attend monthly financial meetings, follow up on unpaid receivables and track reimbursements for clothing and medical. Sign off on check requests, mileage and visa statements.
Oversee recruitment efforts, monitor census and establish census goals.
Assist with home licensing and provide some SAFE Supervision.
