Still Waters Professional Counseling Services provides in-home and community-based mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults across the greater Augusta area. Our work is hands-on, flexible, and rooted in meeting clients where they are.

What You’ll Do

Provide individual and family therapy in home, school, and community settings
Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed
Complete documentation within required timeframes
Collaborate with families, support systems, and care teams

Schedule and Expectations

You create your own schedule based on client availability
Weekly supervision with your Team Leader
Full-time status is based on 25 billable hours per week (direct client contact)

This is a community-based role. Travel within Augusta and surrounding counties is required.

Qualifications

Master’s degree (completed or in progress) in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field
Completion of a practicum or internship required
License-eligible or licensed candidates encouraged to apply

Bachelor’s-level candidates currently completing a Master’s internship may also be considered.

The Junior Accountant plays a vital role in supporting the financial integrity and operational efficiency of the organization. This position is responsible for performing full-cycle accounting duties with a strong emphasis on detailed billing and compliance with Division of Family and Children Services (DFCS) contracts. The Junior Accountant will manage day-to-day financial tasks in QuickBooks Online and Excel, support audit and compliance efforts, and assist the Director of Finance with a variety of projects. Childkind is seeking a full-time Family Service Coordinator for its Treatment Foster Care program. Duties include but are not limited to foster parent support and supervision; case management for children who have medical/developmental disabilities or have maladaptive behaviors; conducting home visits; case planning; permanency planning; attending panel reviews and court hearings; and participation with foster parent trainings and events. This is an ideal position for someone who is passionate about team-based work for children and families with significant special needs.
